How do seat holds work?

When you start checkout for a package batch, Wildn creates a temporary seat hold while you acknowledge trip notes, optional insurance disclosures, and payment terms.

Where do participant details go?

After booking, the booking detail page collects participant information, emergency contacts, medical answers, and insurance-related status where applicable.

Can I review package terms before paying?

Yes. Package detail and checkout show the operational notes, participant requirements, cancellation summary, and insurance disclosure before payment is completed.

How are product orders tracked?

Product orders show seller order status, shipment events, carrier references, invoices, cancellations, and return requests in the customer account.

Where do invoices appear?

Invoices and credit notes are attached to product orders when generated. Open the product order detail from Account or the products page to download them.
